Our family went to The Dunes on linedancing night. We made a reservation and because it was line dancing night there weren’t as many tables available. Someone from the restaurant called us ahead of time to make sure we would be comfortable sitting on the patio. We went and the food and service was incredible. We all left full with huge smiles on our faces. The staff went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. The ownee even came over to talk to us and welcome us. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone!

I love the Dunes. Wherever I'm driving close by, I stop in and order the wings! So good. Folks are amazing. Thanks for feeding me!

Update Returned last night for live music. So glad we made reservations, had a fabulous table close to the stage. Band was fantastic !! Staff as always were friendly and fast. Place was packed atmosphere was perfect . You would have never known there was a winter storm outside . serving size of nachos was perfect to serve 4 . Wings and poutine also need to be honourably mentioned “yummy “ only disappointment was no batter mushrooms ( sad ) We will definitely be returning. The Dunes is a must visit place when visiting Sauble Beach ! This the first time here for us. We sat on the patio in the warm September sun very nice large patio real beach feel to it. It was mid afternoon so we had a couple beers and a couple apps. The beer on tap was ice cold and in a glass not a plastic cup awesome. The battered mushrooms were deliciously crispy outside and tasty mushroomy inside. Also had the butter milk chicken nibs, very nice, the butter milk batter was very nice and crispy the chicken you could tell was hand cut and very fresh. Awesome, awesome! The wait staff very, very friendly.

First time dining here in a few years, a significant improvement since last in. All food house made and you could taste it, excellent. Friendly, unassuming and helpful server. Picnic tables outside were freshly painted and comfortable. Thank goodness Sauble has some well made food that isn't just burgers and fries We shared the soup, caesar salad, wings (honey garlic), garden salad and tuna melt... All were excellent. Spied other tables having nachos and the platter looked substantial and delicious... Note to self for next time!

Great birthday celebration here! Paula and Brenda were amazing servers despite the dismal weather. The chocolate cake was one of the best I’ve ever had. We all loved the crispy mushrooms! Large portions - we all took home leftovers!

We came here last minute before they close but the server still serve us with good smile , she’s very accommodating, I forgot her name. We went there for dinner to celebrate my birthday last January. I love their chicken and mushroom.

This is by far one of the best restaurants in Sauble Beach. For sure the best breakfast. Their burgers, baked beans and pickled cucumbers that come with the wings, are my favourite. This is one of our go to spots when we are at our cottage and my kids also love it (especially karaoke nights). Great atmosphere and super friendly staff.

We attended the Dunes for a family dinner and Thursday night line dancing. The place was hopping, and even though it was extremely busy, all the servers, especially Brenda and Jordis, were wonderful...very friendly and helpful. Food and drink were great and the atmosphere was awesome. Thanks for a fun night out!
